Irish visitors helped swell the attendance at the recent MechanEx Show at Sandown Park in Surrey where many were greeted by NGK Spark Plugs Area Manager for Ireland, Stewart Neill. The NGK stand was right at the main entrance to the show and Stewart spent two days at the event where he was much in demand from the Irish contingent.

Stewart commented, "The show went very well and was certainly worth the trip over. I was really surprised at how many people from Ireland made the journey to Sandown. It was great to meet up with them and to tell them more about the NGK range and deal with their enquiries.” He added, "MechanEx gave us the opportunity of informing our current, and potential new customers, about our products and new initiatives and to help deal with any technical queries garage visitors had.”

NGK Spark Plugs (UK) Ltd is a supplier of original equipment (OE) spark plugs, glow plugs and NTK Lambda sensors to most of the world’s leading vehicle manufacturers with the same products being available in the independent automotive aftermarket. The company continues to expand its product portfolio having recently launched a new range of OE NTK Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensors (EGTS).

Existing ranges have also been expanded this year with major additions to its Lambda sensor programme and the highly successful ignition coils range.
