Investors in People is a management framework recognised across the world as a mark of excellence. The process helps to optimise performance by championing best practice in people management and equipping organisations with the tools to succeed.

Achievement of the Core Standard is a very challenging process and provides a good reflection of the MAHLE aftermarket position as a high quality progressive employer.
