Automechanika Birmingham will provide the Japanparts Group with an opportunity to show many new product introductions and innovations, including its fast expanding range for European vehicles.

The Asian, European and American range distributed by Japanparts Group now features 32,000 across 172 different product families covering every type of spare part, from engine parts to brakes and from clutches to electrical and suspension components.

New innovation in Birmingham will be headed by the introduction of new electronic shock absorbers, new suspension kits for European cars and a new range of transmission filters.

Other product introduction being highlighted at Automechanika include; 250 new chain kit codes, 150 new codes for cylinder heads, additional ABS sensors and EGR valves, Eco-Filters for oil and fuel applications, European range brake pads and discs, water pumps, spark plugs and glow plugs and brake and clutch cables. There will also be the launch of a new European range of cylinder heads with a new dedicated catalogue.

With these new products the Group will increase its offering by about 10,000 more references (for each brand: Japanparts, Ashika, Japko) equal to 35% for a total of approximately 42,000 references overall.

To improve service, a new automated warehouse will enter into operation in October 2019, with 60,000 mini-load trays covering 10,000 square metres, the warehouse has a capacity of approximately 3,600 picking lines more compared to the 12,000 lines which the company already processes each day.

The Japanparts stand is No. N150 in Pavilion 20.
