These highly efficient spray gun cleaners allow for quick colour changes when working with disposable cup systems. They are also highly economical and help to maintain the highest paint finish quality.

Available in the range are SATA® clean RCS™, SATA® clean RCS™ compact, SATA® clean RCS™ micro all providing for rapid and safe colour change when using disposable cups, such as SATA RPS. Due to their high cleaning efficiency, work interruptions during colour changes are made extremely short. This helps optimise the work process as well as the utilisation of the spray booth, thus increasing profitability in the bodyshop. 

SATA clean RCS is recommended for wall-mounting inside the spray booth thus saving time. No disconnection or adjustment of the gun inlet pressure is required, respectively due to automatic pressure regulation when switching between spraying and cleaning.

SATA clean RCS compact is recommended to connect large cleaning agent containers and is best wall-mounted in the mixing room. It has the option of a hose for extracting solvent vapours. This is also available as the smaller SATA clean RCS micro version.

Also in the range is the Turbo Cleaning system. This offers rapid and safe colour change when using disposable cups, such as SATA RPS, even with critical changes, such as black to white. It delivers thorough cleaning of both material passages and air cap and saves time and increases productivity and profitability.
