DENSO Aftermarket Sales has announced that it has achieved International Preferred ATR Supplier status (IPAS) for the supply of Lambda Sensors. The three-year agreement covers all ATR partners and trading companies worldwide.


ATR is one of the largest and most successful trade cooperations, comprising leading distributors of independent automotive parts worldwide, with Component Distributors the Irish representative.

DENSO’s recent Lambda Sensors range extensions saw the addition of 32 new part numbers, covering 97 OE references. The extensions included coverage of recent, popular applications from Opel/Vauxhall, Hyundai, Renault, Kia, Audi, Mitsubishi, SAAB and DAEWOO, bringing the overall European car parc coverage for DENSO’s range to 68%.The complete Lambda Sensors programme now comprises 412 part numbers and 1,988 OE references and covering 5,394 vehicle applications. DENSO’s Lambda Sensor range for the European aftermarket is founded on an exceptional understanding of original Lambda Sensor technology.  Each part is manufactured to the same, exacting original equipment standards that DENSO supplies to leading car manufacturers around the world.

The aftermarket range features heated and unheated Lambda Sensors (switching type), A/F sensors (linear type), Lean Burn sensors and Titania sensors; both direct fit and universal.
