Employees of Hella subsidiary companies in China, have raised a total of two million Renmimbi (roughly €200,000) to help victims of the earthquake in the Szechuan province. The money will go to suitable charity organisations for supporting selected relief projects. Hella has been in China since 1996, employing more than 2,000 people in its business units for lighting, electronics and aftermarket.
