The companies, OE pedigree has allowed it to create diagnostic software and tools which can provide independent garages with a genuine all makes solution. This comes in the form of its Multi-Diag 360 software a comprehensive and integrated solution to diagnose and solve fault codes and allow technicians to rapidly repair faults. The company says it is ultra intuitive to use and can provide up to the minute technical information. This advanced software is proving very popular with progressive workshops across Europe who have found it has transformed their operations, taken them to a new level of professionalism and opened up many new business opportunities, with service diagnostic, tyre and brake packages all available.

Workshops can use Multi-Diag 360 through Multi-Diag Access, which allows them to operate the 360° software and its Vehicle Communication Interface VCI Passthru 2 on an existing PC or Laptop. This means technicians can have economical and fast access to diagnostic information, guided repair methods, up to date technical information, including wiring diagrams, and over 40,000 test cases were similar faults have been solved by users of the system or the Actia technical helpline.

Users also have the option of accessing Multi-Diag 360 using the purpose designed Actia Mobile 3 tablet based diagnostic tool. This has a special robust, ergonomic, lightweight design to cope with the demands of a workshop environment. This includes a non-slip grip, 10.1 inch touchscreen, webcam, and integrated Bluetooth and wireless modules.

Actia diagnostics solutions are now available in Ireland from Grup Eina International in Swords. Diagnostics experts are available to demonstrate the systems and finance can also be arranged.
