As we head into the new buying season, the Nissan Qashqai was Ireland’s best-selling car for the 181 sales period.

With the 3,045 new buyers who made it their car of choice this also cemented its position as the undisputed leader of its segment.

According to Nissan, the result also reaffirms the Nissan Qashqai’s status as Ireland’s best-selling crossover of all time with over 50,000 units sold since its launch just over 10 years ago.

“We are delighted that the Nissan Qashqai continues to be the undisputed leader in its segment. Nissan’s Intelligent Driving Systems have taken the driving experience to the next level, acting like a partner to give drivers a whole new level of confidence,” said James McCarthy, CEO, Nissan Ireland.

“Nissan believes that everyone has a right to an exciting car no matter how much they pay. We are redefining how cars are driven, powered and integrated into society and the Nissan Qashqai has proven to be the real winner, increasing safety, control and comfort for drivers,” he added.
