MAHLE has announced that Aliya Lam will be the new Sales Manager for both the North and South of Ireland. The new responsibility is in addition to her current role as Sales & Marketing Manager at MAHLE Aftermarket UK.

Aliya will remain based at MAHLE’s head office in Bilston, West Midlands, from where she will carry out her new role working alongside Managing Director Jonathan Walker, who was himself recently appointed Head of Western Europe.

Aliya has worked at MAHLE for 16 years, where she started in the finance department. Since then, she has been involved in most aspects of the business, including logistics, customer service, marketing and relocation projects, giving her a wealth of experience and insight into the brand.

Jonathan Walker, Head of Western Europe and Managing Director at MAHLE Aftermarket UK said,  “Having worked closely with Aliya for several years, I have been extremely impressed with the progression in her professionalism, and dedication to growing the MAHLE brand, which I am sure she will carry in to her new role. We’re delighted that our Irish customers will now benefit from her level of sales expertise and product knowledge to help boost their business.”

Aliya said, “I’m excited about the prospect of steering the progress of MAHLE’s aftermarket brand further afield, which I believe will present many opportunities to continue sales growth. I’m looking forward to further establishing MAHLE’s presence in all corners of the Irish market.”
