A progressive UK accident repair centre has produced an interesting video that is aimed at showing customers how to take good images to allow remote estimating.

Chaplane Accident Repair Centre based in Colchester in Essex has uploaded the instructive video to YouTube which gives tips to drivers on the images required for the estimate, including items such as vehicle profile, mileage, reg number, chassis number and damage.

Chaplane Accident Repair Centre workshop manager, Paul Goddard, says, “Due to Covid-19, we are now looking at ways to minimise our direct contact with customers and their vehicles. So where better to start than at the very beginning of any repair the estimate.”
