Autoinform Live, the hands on training event for garage owners and technicians, returns to Ireland in April and will take place on the 2nd and 3rd April 2022, at the RDS in Dublin. It promises to be bigger and better than ever, with new presenters, exciting new subject matter and a wide range of practical ideas to help garages boost their business and prepare for the future.
The previous Autoinform Live event, which took place in Cork in 2019, was a major success with over 200 participants from all over Ireland enjoying a weekend of invaluable practical training and information on the latest automotive technology developments, as well as the chance to network and socialise with like minded garage owners and technicians. Two years on, and with recent training opportunities limited by Covid, there is an even bigger appetite to connect with leading aftermarket suppliers and get to grips with the fast changing aftermarket sector.
This time taking place at the iconic Dublin RDS, AutoInform Live will provide a new mix of practical training and information seminars, including on-vehicle demonstrations, opportunities to earn IMI-accredited qualifications, advice on the best tools and information about existing and future opportunities for independent workshops.
The 2022 event will bring together a diverse line-up of aftermarket experts from across Europe, including many new presenters with fresh subject matter, who will provide practical demonstrations and information on how to tackling repair and diagnostic issues, insights into how to deal with fast changing vehicle technology and ideas on how to boost workshop efficiency and attract and retain new business. Training modules are delivered in a relaxed atmosphere by trainers from OE aftermarket suppliers who have an in depth understanding of the garage business and the challenges it faces.
Practical training will be provided by experts from Original Equipment parts suppliers including, Schaeffler, ZF, Banner Batteries, Delphi Technologies, Dayco, Denso, Motul, Varta and Brembo. Seminars will also be on offer from renowned industry figures, such as Frank Massey, David Massey, Tom Denton, James Dillon, Andy Savva and Hayley Pells.
The diverse range subject matter covered will include; Double Clutch Systems, The High Voltage Pathway, ADAS, Euro 6 SCR AdBlue, Brake & Chassis System Technology, Battery Replacement, AC Systems, NVH Testing, Engine Diagnostics using pressure measurements, Clutch Innovations, Timing Belt & Wheel Bearing best practice, Auxiliary systems and Thermal management. There will also be sessions on the future development of the aftermarket in terms electrification and how garages can better communicate and make their operations more efficient.
Many parts manufacturers and tool and equipment suppliers have also signed-up to exhibit throughout the weekend, making Autoinform Live a must attend event for all garages looking to the future.
As well as all of the outstanding training on offer, attendees also get the chance to network with a huge range of like minded people from all over Ireland and the UK, including attendance at the Gala Dinner, which is always a highly enjoyable event on the Saturday night.
