The Bosch range of brakes comprises of more than 10,000 different products specially geared for the Irish and UK car parcs. The Bosch braking range is also kept fully up to date, with some 500+ products added each year. This covers not only pads, discs, shoes, drums and kits, but also transmission equipment such as hoses, cables, fluids and lubricants, actuation equipment, including master cylinders, boosters and regulators and modulation devices for active safety systems such as  ABS, TCS, ESP and wheel speed sensors. All of these products are fully tested and approved by the Bosch engineering team.

Bosch also brings it unique diagnostic expertise to the braking sector, not only through functions on popular diagnostic equipment such as the ESI[tronic], KTS and DCU system, but with the Bosch BFT100 brake fluid tester. This is an easy to use and reliable diagnostic tool to measure the boiling point of the brake fluid in 30 seconds. It can be plugged directly into the vehicle battery with no need to charge it before use.

To complement its portfolio of braking components and systems, Bosch also offers a wide range of technical Training Courses, available to all independent workshops. These range from new Online ‘Virtual Classroom’ ½ day module, VSC42-VC ‘Vehicle Safety Systems – Braking’, progressing to Diagnostic and Master Technician courses with VSC6 ‘Braking and Chassis Systems – ABS & ESP’ and VSC13 ‘Advanced Braking Systems’.
