Online ordering service
Share:

Aftermarket supplier Serfac Limited, has re-launched its website, with an enhanced look and feel, improved navigation and a new online ordering facility.  The company, which implemented MAM Merchant ERP software in late 2010, aims to make finding and buying the right product easier and more convenient for customers via the new site.

The website is designed to allow customers easy access to a range of relevant brand and product information. There are links to supplier catalogues and a range of downloadable information. Other key features include: a powerful product search option, downloadable product information and datasheets, latest Serfac product and service news and a newsletter sign-up facility.

Additionally, Serfac customers who are already using MAM software can connect directly with the new Serfac system via Autonet, a suite of applications and solutions that enables online connectivity between the back-end systems of trading partners.  Any customers using the Serfac online purchasing facility, will also have access to Autocat+; the web-driven electronic parts catalogue designed to quickly and accurately identify the right components for the vehicle in question.

All existing Serfac customers have been contacted directly with registration details.

More details are available from the Serfac sales team on 01-459 8700 or by visiting www.serfac.ie.
