Autobiz.ie and Autobiz magazine acts only as an introducer between customer and Advertiser and cannot be held responsible for any error with equipment, services or parts ordered or supplied.

Products or Services ordered maybe covered by the specific supplier's warranties and Autobiz.ie/Autobiz magazine cannot be held responsible for any problems or discrepancies. No refunds will be given by Autobiz.ie/Autobiz magazine, to any customer for products or services incorrectly ordered or supplied incorrectly.

Any problems that the customer has with products or services supplied, the customer should take the issue up with the Advertiser.

Governing Law

The client, the customer and the Advertiser shall hold the 'introducer' (Autobiz.ie/Autobiz magazine) harmless in and from all claims, liabilities, damages and detriments not arising from the introducer's actual negligence or malfeasance. The client, customer and Advertiser irrevocably covenant, promise and agree to hold the 'introducer' harmless from and against all losses, claims, expenses, suits, damages, costs, demands or liabilities, joint or several, of whatever kind or nature that the client, customer or Advertiser may experience as a result of using the services of the 'introducer'.

Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any Advertisor or potential Advertisor, to terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at our discretion, including, without limitation, if Autobiz Ltd believes that the advertiser conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Autobiz Ltd.

Conduct

Please note: all Advertisers are independent from Autobiz Ltd.

Finally Autobiz.ie/Autobiz magazine is unable to accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any products or services that are advertised in Autobiz magazine or on Autobiz.ie, or for any damage or loss that may result from their subsequent use.
