VW service awards

Two Irish Volkswagen Dealers have won the 2011 Volkswagen Service Quality Award. The presentation was made at a gala event, which was held in Wolfsburg, Germany.

Bradys of Arva and Sheehy Motors Naas were both voted by customers to deliver exceptional levels of Service Quality and were successful in winning a competition that has an entry list of 6,300 service partners from 27 countries.

Congratulating both Irish dealers, Alan Bateson, Volkswagen Aftersales Manager commented, “The name of Volkswagen must not only be synonymous with outstanding vehicles, but also with top all-round service. The results show we have constantly improved service quality in recent years which will ensure that Volkswagen Customers are satisfied Customers and will remain loyal to the Volkswagen brand.”
