Classic Car & Motorcycle Live at Mondello
The annual Carole Nash Classic Car & Motorcycle Live show, On Sunday June 17th, will this year feature its strongest ever line-up of Retro cars alongside its traditional mix of Classic, Veteran and Vintage cars and motorcycles.
The Mondello Park event is well established as one of the best Classic Car events on the Irish calendar and this year, with backing from Classic insurance specialists Carole Nash and the support of Irish Vintage Scene magazine and the IVVCC, it is set to expand further. As part of this expansion the organisers are calling on all Retro Classic owners to come and join the fun on Fathers Day and experience this unique show.
Show visitors can plan their day out in the knowledge that they will be attending the only classic show venue in Ireland where weather is not an issue due to the display areas being all tarmac. Classic Live is also the only show in Ireland where drivers can show off their pride and joy and also enjoy their car or bike on track, during either our parade lap or high speed track time sessions.
As usual there will be plenty to see and do at the 2012 Carol Nash Classic Live Show with the track schedule encompassing track day sessions, Classic Car and Motorcycle Race demonstrations and of course the always popular parade laps. Off track the show will celebrate three anniversaries. The Fiat X1/9 reaches forty the Cortina celebrates its fiftieth anniversary, while the Mercedes Owners Club will celebrate sixty years of the SL.
Already this year’s show has attracted more than fifteen new clubs who have previously not attended the show. Included in these are the BMW E30 owners, Porsche Club Ireland and the Lotus Club of Ireland. In addition the show will also feature the biggest group of Ferraris yet seen in Mondello with at least ten owners set to exhibit.
