Leading wheel servicing equipment specialist, Pro-Align, will launch two brand new systems at this year’s Automechanika show in Birmingham as well as providing visitors to its stand with an opportunity to see their workshop wheel service potential with an exciting new design service.

On display for the first time will be the new Hunter Road Force Elite (RFE) wheel balancer, designed to eliminate even the most challenging of wheel vibration issues. It incorporates Hunter’s ‘vision to take a fast 3D scan of the wheel rim. This allowing even more accurate placement of balance weights which helps to improve ride and handling and uses fewer balance weights saving workshops money and time.

At the NEC Pro-Align will also launch its new TCLine tyre changer. This shares similar technology to the popular Hunter Auto34 system but is more compact. It is great value equipment that offers  leverless tyre changing and a very robust build quality.

Paul Beaurain, managing director or said, “We are excited to be launching two new systems in front of thousands of workshop owners and technicians. Once again we will be introducing new equipment which makes workshops’ lives easier, faster and helps them achieve a better return on their investment.”

As well as new and existing equipment Pro-Align will also be showcasing a brand new workshop concept and giving visitors the opportunity to commission bespoke workshop layouts from Pro-Align’s design studio. The idea is to show how even the smallest of workshop spaces can be transformed to make profitable wheel alignment and wheel servicing a truly realisable proposition. The brand new interactive concept  has been designed to give technicians and business owners an immersive, ‘real-world’ experience of its systems, emphasising that businesses don’t necessarily need big operations to deliver quality service levels and returns.

The new Pro-Align concept will re-create a typical small workshop environment and will provide live demonstrations of its market leading equipment, such as the award winning and ever popular Hunter Elite TD wheel alignment system.

Pro-Align’s EC Design studio will also be preparing genuine workshop designs for business owners to view in virtual reality on stand.
Paul commented, “We wanted to create a new concept which made it easy for all sizes of garage to visualise exactly how a Hunter alignment bay concept, can not only fit into their available space but help transform and improve their existing businesses fortunes. Even those with limited and restricted budgets can benefit from premium Hunter alignment servicing and generate greater all-round returns with the Pro-Align strength behind them compared with those going down a lower cost route.”

Visitors wishing to experience the Hunter alignment bay, commission a bespoke workshop design and see the new equipment can visit the team on stand number 19D80.
